I am licensed in New York and in Massachusetts. I offer services to psychotherapy clients, to fellow therapy providers and to organizations looking to improve their clinical delivery, service quality and staff satisfaction.
Therapy
I offer weekly individual psychotherapy sessions to adults with various diagnoses and needs, I have a strong trauma-informed approach and utilize EMDR therapy to help process and integrate experiences so clients can feel and connect more fully.
Clinical Supervision
I offer clinical consultation/supervision to psychotherapists, integrating trauma-informed interventions, somatic awareness, object relations, attachment theory and relational approaches. I have over five years’ experience providing clinical supervision to therapists.
Consultation
I consult with businesses and organizations to provide insight around quality clinical care, programming and development, and staff support.
Fees
Therapy
In-network (UnitedHealth and Oxford plans): Co-pay depends on your benefits, which we can verify after a consultation
Out-of-network: $275 for intake, $250 per session
If you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance, we can verify this and I can assist you in submitting these claims for reimbursement.
I have a limited number of sliding scale slots for clients who would not otherwise be able to access therapy. Please inquire if this sounds like you.
